Advertising your business in our monthly NorthStone Sentinel or on the website is an opportunity to expose your information to approximately 1,000 residents who are already seeking out businesses like yours in our area. Our NorthStone Sentinel and website are a cost-effective vehicle for you to build awareness and expand your customer base and are open to all businesses within our available space. It's important to note that the Newsletter is published by a separate company (n2pub.com), and the NorthStone Homeowner's website is supported by residents of NorthStone.

Monthly charges (Newsletter - NorthStone Sentinel):

1/2 side panel $50
1/4 side panel $25
 
Deadline is the 20th of the month prior to distribution.

Monthly charges (Website - NorthStonehoa.com):

3-6 months: $100/month
7-12 months: $75/month
$150 setup fee

If you decide to advertise on the website for a minimum of 7 months, then we will waive the setup fee.
