The Northstone subdivision is supported by three main emergency groups, Huntersville Fire Department, Huntersville Police Department, and the North Meck Rescue Squad. Below you will find some information on all three of these very important units, as well as a link to their respective site.
Huntersville Fire Department The Huntersville Volunteer Fire Department serves an area of around 36 square miles and a population of 28,000 people. The station is located at 110 Old Statesville Road and is staffed with volunteer as well as part-time paid staff.
